The Regional Association of the Guesthouses of Fez Quality Charter

ARMH FEZ Members undertake to: Obtain all administrative authorizations related to their activity. Observe the Labour Code. Declare their employees to the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), Compulsory Health Insurance (CHI), Work accidents coverage Health card. Apply a salary scale, the minimum of which can not be lower than the minimum wage (SMIG). Subscribe all necessary insurance, including Professional Civil Liability. Maintain all fire protection systems in working condition. First Aid Training Respecting Food Hygiene Standards minimum of which can not be lower than the minimum wage Purchase all the necessary insurance and in particular a Professional Civil Liability. Maintain all fire protection systems in working condition. Participate to First Aid Training. Comply with food hygiene Standards

Ethics:

  • Non misappropriation of customers through dubious processes.
  • Non-debauchery of employees of other Guesthouses.
  • No denigration of other members
  • Refusal of “dumping” practices (The members of the ARMHF stand in solidarity with the decisions of the association)
  • The members undertake to promote Fez and its region in all places and all Circumstances.

Transparency:

Each booking request must be carefully considered; the reservation procedure must be simple and maintained according to the initial terms agreed with the customer. The advertising materials, photos and website that present the guesthouse must be accurate to reality.
